At the 4-star Superior Wellnesshotel Post in Lermoos, several pools are available for this purpose. You can swim a few laps in the indoor pool, then head through the connecting tunnel out into the fresh air to the outdoor pool with its panoramic view of the Zugspitze. Or you can dive into the saltwater pool and enjoy the revitalizing effects of water and salt. The water in the whirlpool offers a tingling sensation.

What happens if I can't make a scheduled appointment?
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Since we reserve the time slot for you, we must charge 100% of the treatment fee if you do not cancel in time.

Children are allowed to use the indoor and outdoor pools, as well as a separate family sauna and family steam room, both of which are clothing-optional areas. The Pots Alpin Spa is restricted to guests 16 years of age and older.
