Hello mountains
Hello freedom
There are places that let us breathe a sigh of relief immediately. They provide space, expanse and clarity. The Tyrolean Zugspitze region is such a place – and the 4-star Superior Hotel Post is right in the middle of it. Situated in a sunny box seat with a view of the majestic Zugspitze, it is the starting point for what many long for: real life in the mountains.
Out here, every day is a promise: of fresh air, of exercise, of the good feeling of being completely with yourself.
The mountains are calling – and we are ready
Set off directly from the hotel into a landscape that moves you – both physically and emotionally. Whether hiking boots or e-bike, ski tour or cross-country skiing, golf clubs or touring skis: the possibilities are as varied as nature itself.
In summer, panoramic high-altitude trails, blooming alpine meadows and quiet forest paths beckon. In winter, the region becomes a glittering playground for snow lovers – with wide pistes, snow-covered cross-country ski trails and pristine winter hiking trails.
Guided tours and our in-house activity program take you to hidden places where marmots whistle, water gurgles and time is of the essence. And when you glide along small panoramic roads on a Vespa or e-bike, accompanied by the scent of mountain meadows, every moment becomes an experience.
In the middle of nature.
And completely with yourself.
What the mountains give is more than movement. It is grounding. Lightness. A feeling of authenticity. In the vastness of the peaks, thoughts sort themselves out, everyday life becomes quiet, the essentials come into focus.
Every ascent tells of inner strength, every pause at the edge of the path of mindfulness. And sometimes it is enough to simply be there – and let your gaze wander.
Living with a vision.
Living with feeling.
Sometimes it’s not a glance at the clock, but a view of the mountains that reminds us what freedom feels like. When everyday life becomes very quiet and the heart senses that it has arrived – then you are not simply on vacation. Then you are staying for a while. In the midst of nature. Surrounded by silence, sun and peaks.
Our suites are more than just a place to spend the night – they are a retreat for dreams, thoughts and new perspectives. Spacious. Homely. Full of feeling. The scent of wood, the cozy warmth of the tiled stove, the soft light in the morning: this is where Tyrol lives – and with it the good life.
Moving mountains.
Inside and out.
Being active here doesn’t just mean challenging yourself – it also means finding yourself. In the stillness of a winter morning, in the exhilaration of a downhill, in the rhythm of cross-country skis or in a gentle stride across alpine meadows.
It is the mountains that draw us out – and bring us back to what matters: Nature. Freedom. Joy of life.
Arrive.
Breath. Stay.
When the mountains call, the heart follows.
Feel the real Tyrolean lifestyle – with the Zugspitze in view, the wind in your hair, the taste of mountain summer or winter freshness on your lips.
Now is your time for vision, warmth and new perspectives.
