Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are generally allowed in the hotel. We charge €20 per dog per night for your four-legged friend, excluding food. Dogs are permitted only in suites on the first floor, without exception, and only upon prior written notification. (In special cases, we reserve the right to charge an additional final cleaning fee of €150!) Your well-behaved dog is welcome in the hotel lobby, but you may not bring him or her to breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Under no circumstances is it permitted to bring your four-legged friend into the bathing area, to the outdoor pools, or onto the sun decks

- Up to 2 days before arrival: 80% of the total booking amount
- Starting 2 days before arrival or in case of a no-show: 100% of the total booking amount
Christmas & Carnival (peak season)
- Up to 28 days before arrival: free cancellation
- Up to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount
- Starting 14 days before arrival: 80% of the total booking amount
- No-show on the day of arrival: 100% of the total booking amount
