“In this house, the culinary highlights are as high as the surrounding mountains. A black pudding sandwich is served as a place setting, which is in no way inferior to the well-known example in the much-praised Steirereck restaurant in Vienna’s Stadtpark. This is accompanied by a series of kitchen greetings in the form of small bites. Everything impeccable and of the best quality. At the start, the egg with truffle and the alpine shrimp from Tyrolean breeding with kavia were impressive. On the salt stone, the regionally fished char made its epicurean appearance, followed by a masterfully cooked pink saddle of lamb. Veal fillet was deliciously arranged with celery from the salt dough and Périgord truffle potatoes.
