pThe Post Gourmet Stube à la carte restaurant combines the magic of an enjoyable evening with excellent gourmet compositions. Head chef Thomas Strasser and his team have been pampering and enchanting gourmet lovers for many years with delicacies that bring the local connection to regional products with inspirations from international culinary culture to the plate. Gault Millau honored this achievement with three toques – Falstaff ranked the culinary skills among the top 3 kitchens in Tyrol. The wine list with more than 1,000 items completes the pleasure. Almin Begic and his restaurant team ensure this with a special flair for first-class service, refinement and pleasant, highly professional ease.
The menus are always new, different, special – depending on the feeling, ideas and products that our chef develops, discovers and finds to be excellent.

We serve you our gala dinner with excerpts from the gourmet parlor – at a price from 109 euros per person, plus 4 euros cover charge and plus wine accompaniment (changes possible on public holidays and at events).

Regionalism is something the Post in Lermoos takes very seriously. This is also reflected in the many ingredients that we source in our immediate vicinity: Our beef and veal come from our own farm and we hunt for the venison ourselves. Our fish comes from a local fish farm, fruit and vegetables are sourced at the indoor market in Garmisch, dairy products from farms in the region. All this ensures that transport routes are kept as short as possible. This freshness and outstanding quality are something you can taste in every bite!
