Thomas Strasser, head chef at the Hotel Post Lermoos, has been living out his creativity in Lermoos with his excellent kitchen team since 2018. His menus convince the guests of the 4-star superior Hotel Post as well as numerous test eaters of the Gourmet Guides all over Austria, especially through freshness and exceptionally good taste.
He regularly visits his food suppliers in person and places the highest value on regionality, above-average animal husbandry and freshness. Only the best food is used in his kitchen and you can taste the quality!
