Thomas Strasser, head chef at Hotel Post Lermoos, has been living out his creativity in Lermoos with his excellent kitchen team since 2016. His menus are particularly impressive thanks to the extraordinary combination of Alpine cuisine and influences from around the world.
He regularly visits his food suppliers in person and attaches great importance to regionality, above-average animal husbandry and freshness. Only the best food goes into his kitchen and you can taste the quality!
