Your path to relaxation
To the right is the Tyrolean sweat room and bio sauna, to the left is the entrance to the plunge pool and the Kneipp facility.
Plunge pool and Kneipp facility
Kneipp effect: the alternation of warm and cold water promotes blood circulation and stimulates the circulation, strengthens the immune system
Application: Run through the Kneipp course 4-5 times, if you want to rest afterwards: finish the Kneipp course in warm water, if you want to take a sauna afterwards: Finish the Kneipp course in cold water
Dip pool effect: immersion in cold water after the heat phase promotes vascular elasticity and strengthens the heart and circulation, reduces swelling and helps to prevent fatigue or sore muscles
Use of plunge pool: Cool down your body briefly and intensively for just 10 to 20 seconds after the sauna. The decisive factor is not the duration, but the strong cold stimulus, which activates the circulation and trains the blood vessels. Afterwards, you immediately feel refreshed and revitalized. It is not advisable to immerse your head completely after the sauna.
Brine steam bath

Effect: Regeneration of the entire respiratory system, fountain of health for the bronchial tubes.
The fine salt mist works like a walk by the sea: it clears the airways, relieves irritation and helps with colds and allergies. Inhaling the fine atomized sea salt brine cleanses and cares for the mucous membranes in a natural way.
Laconium
