The Post Gourmet Stube in the 4-star superior Hotel Post impresses with a unique combination of traditional ambience and relaxed coziness. Under the direction of head chef Thomas Strasser, award-winning dishes are created using regional ingredients and inspired by international culinary trends.

This regional connection is also reflected in the gourmet highlights, where guests are spoiled from morning to night with culinary highlights from the region. Enjoy hearty sausage and cheese specialties from Tyrol as well as bread from our local bakers. The eggs and milk, which come directly from our own chickens and cows from our own farm in Lermoos, give our breakfast a special touch. Start your day with a regional culinary experience that combines freshness, quality and authentic taste. The 6-course half-board evening menu combines a love of the region with a curiosity for new culinary impulses. In addition, the Gourmet Stube opens its doors to external guests who would like to experience special à la carte culinary delights and traditional dishes.

The dedication to regional ingredients at the Hotel Post Lermoos is already evident in the careful selection, most of which comes from the immediate vicinity. Beef and veal are sourced directly from our own farm, game from our own hunt, fish fresh from the local fishery and fruit and vegetables from the market hall in Garmisch. Even dairy products come from farmers in the region. This conscious selection minimizes transport routes, which not only has a positive effect on the environment, but also on the freshness and quality of every meal. Every bite is a pleasure that makes the connection to the region tangible.
