In the warmest time of the year, the Zugspitz Arena is ideal for hiking. There are over 300 kilometres of marked paths leading to waterfalls, mountain lakes and through amazing vegetation. Climbers have a choice of tours – ranging from difficult to easy. Guided tours are available (they have to be pre-booked) and are included when staying at the hotel. The area is one of the most beautiful areas for cycling in Austria. The in and outdoor pools are wonderfully refreshing. The Post Hotel is a founding member of the golf course in Lermoos and our guests enjoy many membership benefits there.

Lermoos is located in the middle of the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena and is a paradise for alpine sports. You will find fantastic slopes practically at your doorstep. The lifts are modern, the slopes are well-serviced and the newest snow machines guarantee unlimited fun and safe skiing also in late winter. Cross-country skiing trails extend over 100 kilometres and are also suitable for beginners. Sleighing, ice skating, horse-sleigh riding, and our “pure nature” programmes complete our offers.
